Leprechaun Light
This crisp, well rounded and refreshing American light has enjoyed tremendous popularity in North America. A light bodied, straw colored lager with the finest domestic grains and imported hops.

Rubberband Red Ale
Our house Irish red. This is brewed with balance in mind. A well rounded malt character topped of with a blend or American and English hops.

 
Absolute Rat Bastard-
This Rat, who is not to be confused with his cousin, Dirty Rat, is a very full bodied ale. This unadulterated beer is of complex malt character with slight citrus hop flavor and bitterness. A brew balanced to leave you satisfied!

6.8% Alcohol     1.063 O.G.     19.3 SRM     32.9 IBU's

O’Kelly’s Hefeweizen This ever popular German wheat style deep rich golden color with medium body. Highly carbonated and lightly hopped with pronounced noted of banana and clove.

6.0% Alcohol*     1.056 O.G.     SRM 6.0     IBU 8.4

 Public House Pale Ale
This style is held by some as the beer that built the British Empire. Created in the eighteenth century, Pale Ales continue to dominate the brewing scene world wide. Our traditional English Ale is full bodied, moderately to highly hopped, exhibiting medium bitterness with caramel tones and a strop hop aroma.

Celtic Cream Ale 
A light refreshing ale. Served on nitrogen for a smooth creamy mouth feel.

6 different 4 oz. sample glasses of our beers are served for your comparison. An excellent way to experience the art of hand crafted brewing 4.2

Vanilla Cream Ale    
Smooth and well-bodied, this golden colored ale is crisp and refreshing with just a hint of vanilla.

5% Alcohol   1.047 O.G.   SRM 3.00   IBU 14.3

Shamrock Stout
This proper Irish dry stout is truly a classic. Dark with tones of coffee and cacao derived from generous amounts of roasted barley. Served on nitrogen, this beer is light in body yet full in flavor

Buffalo Porter
Brewed in the style of a Baltic porter. That means it is a porter with a kick! Rich dark chocolate color. Mildly hopped to compliment the higher ABV. Lots of roast and toffee flavor. Brewed with a British ale yeast.

O.G.  1.076   SRM 35.2   IBU's   32   8%ABV  


Bannockburn Scottish Ale

A Scottish 80 style ale. Deep copper in color. Rich malty character with a slight hop bitterness. Mildly sweet but balanced with a touch of peat malt for a smoky/earthy flavor.

O.G.  1.053    SRM  18.7   IBU's   23.1   5.2%ABV 

  Slow Ride Dunkleweisse

A rich brown colored version of our hefeweizen. Notes of banana, clove and raisins. With the darker colors comes a touch of sweetness and a little more body than it's light cousin the hefe.

O.G. 1.058    SRM 16.4   IBU's 14.9    6.1%ABV
