Our Prime Rib is rubbed with our own special blend of fresh herbs and slow roasted
for 14 hours to medium-rare. Each piece is hand cut to your specifications and served
with a side of our au jus, baked potato or vegetable of the day.

To preserve the quality of our slow roasted Prime Rib, it is made fresh daily and is therefore subject to availability.

We always strive to present the finest food at all times, however we can not be responsible for meats cooked medium-well and well done.
We recommend all medium-well and well done Filet Mignon be butterflied to preserve quality
