Pork Chop 12-ounce chop is marinated in our Public House Pale Ale, grilled and topped with caramelized onions and our apple cinnamon demi. Served with our shallot mashed potatoes.

Top Sirloin 12-ounce center cut top sirloin is lightly seasoned, char broiled and smothered with our sherry sauteed mushrooms. Served with your choice of baked potato or vegetable of the day.

Filet Mignon 9-ounce tenderloin filet is lightly seasoned, char broiled and smothered with our sherry sauteed mushrooms. Served with your choice of baked potato or vegetable of the day.
