Blackened Chicken Philly Strips of blackened chicken breast with sauteed red onions & red and green peppers are smothered with melted Swiss and served on a French roll.	Blackened Smothered Skirt Steak Our skirt steak is dredged in our blackening spice and char broiled to temperature. Sliced and served with sauteed onions and mushrooms with melted mozzarella on a toasted French roll.
Roasted Veggie Fresh garden vegetables are roasted, then grilled with portabella mushrooms. Topped with Monterey Jack on toasted multi-grain bread.	Portabella Mushroom A grilled marinated portabella mushroom cap is topped with sauteed spinach, caramelized onion, roasted red pepper and provolone cheese on toasted multi-grain bread.
The Govnor's Plate Our version of a Cuban Sandwich. Ciabatta bread with Pesto, Turkey, Ham, Provolone, Pickles, Mustard, Marinated Vegetables and our secret sauce. Then grilled Panini style. Served with a side of Spring Mix topped with Marinated Vegetables. The Govnor's favorite!	Sliced Turkey Sliced honey roasted turkey breast is piled on multi-grain bread with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato and cheddar cheese.
5-Way Grilled Cheese A double deck of sourdough grilled with American, Cheddar, Muenster, Brick and Swiss cheeses with apple wood smoked bacon and tomato slices.	Reuben Thinly sliced corned beef with 1000 island dressing, sauerkraut and melted Swiss served open-face on toasted black rye.
Philly Cheese Steak Thinly sliced slow roasted beef is sauteed and served on a toasted French roll with sauteed mushrooms, caramelized onions and melted Swiss cheese.	French Dip Thinly sliced slow roasted beef is drenched in our homemade au jus and placed on a toasted French roll topped with melted Provolone. Served with a side of au jus for dipping.
